Admissions Process

At Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary & High School, we believe that every student is a unique individual who deserves to be understood and supported throughout their journey of holistic development—intellectually, emotionally, and morally. That is why our admissions process is not only transparent and fair but also reflects our commitment to accompanying students and parents at every step toward finding the right educational environment.

Target Applicants

We are currently accepting applications for the High School Level (Grades 10 to 12).

Eligible applicants are students who have successfully completed the previous academic level and wish to join a modern educational environment that emphasizes skills development, critical thinking, and character building.

Admission Criteria

  • Academic Record Evaluation: Applicants must have achieved at least a “Pass” in academic performance and a “Good” or “Excellent” rating in conduct.
  • Grade 10 Entrance Exam Results: The school also considers official results from the national Grade 10 entrance exam.

Enrollment Steps

Step 1: Explore Admissions Information

Step 2: Submit Your Application
 Required documents:

  • Original academic transcript (school report)
  • Temporary graduation certificate
  • Extracted copy of birth certificate (photocopies, even notarized, are not accepted)
  • Completed application form and student profile (using the school’s template)
  • Photocopy of national ID card

Submission methods:

  • Submit in person at the school: 28–30 Ngo Quyen Street, An Dong Ward, HCMC
  • Or submit online following the Admissions Office’s instructions

Step 3: Attend Interview and/or Placement Test
 (If required, depending on the admission track)

Step 4: Receive Admission Result
 Successful applicants will be notified via:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Or directly at the Admissions Office

Step 5: Complete Enrollment

  • Pay tuition and annual enrollment fees
  • Receive class schedule, learning materials, and uniforms
  • Join the orientation program at the start of the school year

Enrollment Timeline

The school accepts applications on a rolling basis throughout the academic year, with priority given to early applications submitted from March to August annually.
 Parents are encouraged to contact us early for guidance on school transitions and placement planning.
