Located at the heart of the campus, the School Health Office at Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary and High School provides quick and effective medical care to students whenever needed. It is a trusted space for handling emergency situations such as injuries, fevers, or allergic reactions, while also offering ongoing health consultation and emotional support.

This office acts as a vital bridge between families, the school, and healthcare providers — contributing to a safe, caring, and student-centered educational environment.

Facilities & Medical Equipment

The Health Office is fully equipped with standard medical tools to respond promptly to first aid needs:

  • Medical beds, first aid kits, blood pressure monitors, thermometers, and heart rate monitors
  • Individual medical record storage for every student
  • A separate resting area for students to recover under supervision

Preventive Care & Regular Health Screenings

  • Annual Health Check-ups: Includes height, weight, vision, ENT, dermatology, musculoskeletal evaluation, and basic lab tests
  • Growth Monitoring & Nutritional Counseling: Reports are sent to parents to coordinate healthy eating and lifestyle habits at home
  • Vaccinations & Disease Prevention: Carried out in compliance with the Ministry of Health and Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Education and Training regulations

Parent–School Connection

The Health Office maintains close, timely communication with parents to ensure students receive proper care both at school and at home:

  • Immediate phone calls in case of health emergencies
  • Medical follow-up notes when students need to rest or be treated at home
  • Proactive consultation with parents regarding special health conditions (e.g., allergies, asthma, diabetes)
