The Parent & Student Support Office is a dedicated unit responsible for:

  • Listening, responding, and providing ongoing support to parents and students throughout the learning journey.
  • Offering personalized counseling on psychological well-being, academic orientation, and career guidance.
  • Receiving feedback to continuously improve the school’s academic programs and services.
  • Efficiently resolving student-related matters such as academic requests, boarding issues, class transfers, or school transfers.
  • Ensuring transparent, timely, and multi-directional communication among school leadership, teachers, parents, and students.

  • Enrollment Counseling: Introducing the school environment and curriculum; assisting with the admissions process.
  • Ongoing Student Monitoring: Supporting student well-being — physically, emotionally, and academically — throughout the school year.
  • Workshops & Seminars: Organizing events on parenting skills, career orientation, study abroad opportunities, and more.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Receiving feedback via phone, email, social media, or in-person visits for quick, responsive support.
